We are a plug and play software solution that allows you to set up an open WiFi network with your existing wireless hardware, separate from your organizational network to benefit you, your employees, your vendors and your guests. Our one-click access to the WiFi4guest wireless network reduces support needs.

Guests and others can use any of these social networks to log in: Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.  If they do not belong to any of these social networks, we can provide a customized login form for access.

Absolutely! We keep the guest traffic separate from your organization’s traffic so there is no risk from viruses, data loss or malware from guests.  We provide security and are legally compliant.

 You have access to our online analytics dashboard.  Here, you will be able to see who is on the network by a variety of selection methods - MAC address, IP address and by location.  You can get information about guest usage over time and this information can be used, if optioned, for marketing and loyalty outreach.  You also can get monitoring reports that will tell you the health of the servers used in reference to the guest traffic. Reports can be scheduled for email daily or generated adhoc.

We use the Internet network that you already have and save you money by not requiring new equipment.  If you don’t currently have internet access, we can give you recommendations on how to find vendors that can provide this service .

 We are a plug and play software solution, so additional technical resources are not needed.

We have three levels of support – Platinum, Gold and Silver, with varying levels of email, phone and location support.  Please contact us for additional information.
